Like you my love, this poem, is one of a kind.
Filled with rhyme and song, and thoughts of mine.
For you made me smile, when the world said frown.
You mad me laugh, when my up’s were down.
The days were dark, the nights were long,
The stars no longer shone, birds sung no song.
The world around, a blur, of broken trust.
A wish for a way for it to end it must.
Then the clouds slowly faded with just a glance,
As the wish came true, came to me by chance.
With the voice of an angel, heart ever so true,
Straight out of a dream, a dream come true.
The moon and the stars now shine again at night,
As I dream so sweetly, of holding you tight.
The sun again rises with the birds beautiful song,
And nothing in my life, will again be wrong.
Time it will Take, to in your arms be.
Till we can laugh together wild and free.
Till our lips can touch, our bodies embrace.
Till I can say I love you , looking into your face.
But wait I shall forever its true.
From here till forever my heart beats for you.
Know this now my darling my dear,
You are my happily ever after, so have no fear.
For the distance between strengthens our heart,
For a love to last a life time, never to part,
For up’s and down’s, for the inn’s and the out’s
For a love so true together no doubt’s.
So take this as a promise, for you from me,
